The previous version of the site was implemented using CMS 1C-Bitrix and did not satisfy the technical capabilities of the network owners, there was an outdated design and branding. Our team was tasked with developing a self-written universal solution, rebranding and redesigning, “breathing a new particle of life” and helping to increase the average check through convenient ordering and delivery calculation.
We completely rethought the entire appearance of the site, developed a turnkey single server part for the site, administrative panel and mobile application, which works according to the REST standard. At the first stage, we studied competitors in the local and federal floristry market, developed a project map, worked out custom stages, and then proceeded to develop a prototype. At the prototyping stage, we started designing the architecture of the project itself: the project is structurally difficult and we were faced with the task of laying the server architecture so that it would be a single whole for three systems: a website, an administrative panel, and a mobile application. As a result of work on the project, we implemented a self-written online store, an administrative panel for adding products, statistics, as well as a mobile cross-platform application developed using React Native. We are currently supporting and developing an ecosystem for flower boutiques.
